Mixed-use projects combining residential, commercial, cultural, institutional is becoming advantageous in urban areas. Votaw Electric is currently working on a mixed-use downtown Fort Wayne, which will be a condominium with retail on the bottom floor.
In the last few years, we have finished The Bradley Hotel, which has retail on the bottom floor and Indiana Tech Residence Hall, which has retail on the bottom floor.
