	Bruce Perry - Gladieux Refinery "I don't know if I told you, we had our first high resistance ground issue. We traced the fault from the service to a cooling fan in about 20 minutes. The fault was in a cooling fan motor which cools every pump in our facility. Without the HR ground the refinery would have shut down for sure. 	Gary Campbell - Huntington University "I wanted to let you know how Tom Votaw and his crew went the extra mile today to help us avoid an outage. Sometime late last week (Friday, I think) as John Wagner (Huntington University) and I were talking about the outage today, we started to speculate on old servers as we brought them back up. John contacted Tom Votaw who said he would come out the first thing on Monday morning to discuss the idea. Although there were multiple obstacles to overcome, Tom was able to secure equipment needed and to bring in his crew early to connect us to other power to avoid the outage.
