This three-story, 18,000 square-foot home is actually the second house built on site.
The first completed in 1891 was destroyed by a fire about 10 years later. The owner,
John Henry Bass, vowed to build the home exactly as it was, except this time with stone,
masonry and concrete flooring. This will make the installation of the electrical particularly
more challenging. PBS39 is doing a documentary on the Bass Mansion. St. Francis is
asking Votaw Electric to partner on this project and consider assisting with funding.
