Votaw Electric has been selected to provide the tenant build-out in addition to the shell electrical installation for the new 80,000 square foot corporate office building in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This project is especially significant because of its energy efficient and environmental design involving submetering and daylight harvesting. Construction began in October with completion in August 2010.
